The times we're living in are calling for a radical and swift change in how we're orienting to Life itself.

If we do not change, nothing changes.
Everything in this world is deeply interconnected.

What does witnessing the current state of the world bring up within you?

If it's not igniting some form of heartache or raging fire in the belly, then you are disconnected from the heart of life and the suffering of so many.

This has a purpose. You have a purpose.
What is it?

When the world is so clearly not at peace, creating your own internal peace, a vibration that ripples out into your surroundings is a revolutionary act - one that shouldn’t be minimized.
The world literally depends on it.

Inner peace isn’t something that can be faked. It’s also something that can’t truly exist if we are ignoring our role in the greater web of life.

The best way I know to create rapid, sustainable change from the inside out and to experience this joyous tranquility, is through daily spiritual practice.

When we commit to this, we change for the better - or rather, we become the best versions of ourselves. It is our responsibility.

This time in human history is calling for us each to take our divine spiritual purpose seriously. When we do, we’ll find creative ways of being together on this Earth in the most loving, supportive ways.

The 40-day practices I’ve selected for each season of this year will support you in cultivating a daily spiritual practice, or sadhana, in service your own purpose and the collective.

They will connect us consistently with our innately creative, abundant, flowing, light-filled, loving and beautiful nature. We will become a beacon of peace, inspiration, authentic strength & hope for those around us because we are embodying these qualities.

This takes work, but more importantly, Devotion. To something greater than yourself that includes yourSelf.

We begin our wintertime 40-day meditation this week!

A little bit about the Creativity & Prosperity Meditation we'll be practicing:

In the coming weeks of winter, I felt this meditation is the perfect way to support us in navigating the themes this big year is bringing with grace and inner strength.

In the yogic tradition, we practice consistently for 40 days as this is the amount of time required to build new neuro-pathways, habits, and patterns — to create lasting change in our lives.

The meditation supports in allowing the creative expression that is needed to give birth to new parts of one's life.

New feelings, new ways of health and well-being, new ways of transforming, new ways of setting limits (boundaries), new ways of being compassionate to self and others, new forms of relationship.

It helps us in generating abundance by using our multiple talents effectively and creatively, and gives the courage to be who we are without fear.

It encourages childlike play, curiosity, and exploration — to be fully who you are in a very dynamic and creative way.

If you’re in, subscribe to receive the practice as well as future 40-day meditations and regular yoga nidrā practices you can do at home to relax and connect with your spiritual heart.

Join us for the meditation and start your year off in the Flow 🌀

Can’t wait to create some powerful magic with you this year!

Core and Rind

The core of every fruit is better than it's rind:
Consider the body to be the rind,
And it's friend the spirit to be the core.
After all, the Human Being has a goodly core;
Seek it for one moment
If you are of those inspired by the
Divine Breath.
