Week Five: Stillness & Integration

Your invitation for this week is simple, my love. Let yourself rest into stillness and just, be. As much as you can. When you do, see what arises. See what your heart, what your body, what your life, is calling for. In that order ;)

From deep within. Only when we begin to settle into stillness by doing less can we actually hear the call of our hearts ~ the wisest part of ourselves.

{I had a lovely conversation with a friend yesterday about learning to follow our hearts and how much of a journey this is. So be gentle with yourself, it can definitely be a lifelong process of honouring that wise, quiet voice within, always guiding us.}

Only move and begin to take action when you feel truly called to. When the inclination arises from a deep still place within you to move.

Whether this means when you wake up in the morning, perhaps taking several extra minutes to soak up the cozy comfort of your bed and the softness of your resting space.

Maybe this means lingering a little slower and longer over your warm morning beverage of choice…..

Perhaps this means hugging your dear one just a few seconds more….

Letting that beautiful conversation or visit with a precious friend last a few more moments and take a new shape, even if it’s with yourself….

Without rushing on to the next thing.

This may be a supportive mantra for the coming weeks:

”I will not allow anyone or anything to make me rush.”

There is no waiting for something to happen,
no point in the future to get to.
All you have ever longed for is here in this moment, right now.

— Oriah

If you find yourself rushing through your days, feeling busy, pressure to “do more” or “get more done,” pause. Come into stillness.

A very simple re-centring practice for you (that will have you experiencing more slowness, abundance, pleasure & relaxation mmmmmm yes🌹):
