Petals of Joy

The experience of rediscovering something as you did for the first time ~ pure magic.

Like rain falling on your roof ever so gently and soothingly.

The radiance and intoxicating smell of roses blooming.

Hearing a song you’d forgotten about that sings to your heart.

Sparkles of sunlight on the ocean waves.

A dazzling sunset glow or full moonrise.

Childlike, contagious giggles with a new/old friend.

Falling in love with another beautiful being.

The hypnotizing way a field of grain sways in the breeze.

I sometimes forget

that I was created for Joy.

My mind is too busy.

My Heart is too heavy

for me to remember

that I have been

called to dance

the Sacred dance of life.

I was created to smile

To Love

To be lifted up

And to lift others up.

O’ Sacred One

Untangle my feet

from all that ensnares.

Free my soul.

That we might

Dance

and that our dancing

might be contagious.

~Hafiz

On this Full Flower Moon, may you remember that you were created to smile, you were created for Joy. May you be lifted up and may you lift others up. May your soul be free; may you dance the sacred dance of life and may it be contagious.

May you rediscover the simplest joys that light up your heart, they are always there, patiently awaiting your return.

This is me gathering flowers and soaking in the pure joy that beauty and sharing smiles with others brings…!

The yoga nidrā practice offering for this full moon in Sagittarius was created in a field of wildflowers just for you 🤗 It will ground you deeply into the present moment and natural beauty surrounding you as everything springs to life. It will support you in tuning into your own radiant inner light, helping you to feel deeply rested and centred. Perfect for grounding any scattered, chaotic feelings of overwhelm that are common this time of year.

The practice is about 30 minutes in length and is available to all paid subscribers. You’re also welcome to try a free trial to explore this practice!

It would be ideal for anytime in the next couple of weeks, even as a daily grounding ritual.

I wish you a joy-filled couple of weeks, full of plenty of smiles!
