Today, I want to ask you a question that’s been on my heart. If you were to die tomorrow, how would you want to be remembered? What lasting impression would you want to leave people with, leave the world with? How have you shifted the world while you’ve been here?

My sense lately is that we could all stand to offer ourself (and each other) a ton more grace. This is what I would like to be remembered for. Life is hard enough already. We need more softness, more gentleness, more harmony, less pressure, less stress, less striving.

How can we protect our peace and be an embodiment of peace, grace, mercy — when the world is full of chaos, violence, and unknowns? What is it that truly brings us peace from within? How can we cultivate and share that?

We must never underestimate the impact of our own energy, the ripple effect it creates…

I’ve been diving deeply into the story and teachings of Gandhi recently, and highly recommend the film. It’s incredibly moving the power that one graceful, loving human heart can hold to stir and impact the world.

As we head into this New moon cycle in the coming days, what are you letting go of that doesn’t serve the highest, truest, most radiant and loving version of who you want to be; of how you want the world to be?

A gentle reminder that it’s okay to just let it go now. You can drop the story about it and experience the grace waiting for you there when you do :)

The grace you are after is before you always, but in fear of need, you deny it.

Grace overfilled your cup long before the fear of want was conceived. Patiently she waits with delight for those precious moments when you pause to notice.

What is asking to be transformed and released right now, in your life and the world around you?

What if we already have it all, already within us? What if we’re enough? What happens then?

Your heart is golden, never forget it 💛

I’ve spent my whole life searching desperately,
to find out that grace requires nothing of me.

Below, you’ll find a short Yoga Nidrā practice to help you cleanse and reset your energy, so you can remember and experience the grace of who you truly are.
