Becoming the Essence

A new beginning. Each new moon. Every day. Every morning. With each breath.

This New Moon cycle in Taurus is bringing plenty of fresh life force energy….as the Earth steadily wakes up and enlivens, so do our spirits. Can you feel it like I can?? The life literally breathing itself back into you, something new coming alive and blossoming?

Such a beautiful feeling. To be born again each day.

It starts in the heart, this seed of new life, long before the blossom even begins to emerge. A whisper…..A longing….An inner knowing…..

I wrote this poem the other morning in meditation and wanted to share it with you ~

Hope
(Full & Empty)

We’re dead leaves to the trees
You said
The breeze will free us…

We’re new leaves to the trees too
I knew
The sun would show us…

Hope is already a blossom
When you plant the seed

The soil of sorrow makes it so
Allows it to grow

Thankful for the soil
The rain of tears
Not just the sun that shines
The natural way of growth

Becoming whole
Becoming nothing
Feeling it all
And back again

To our source

We are the tree
We are the leaves
We are the blossom
We are the seed
We are the soil
We are the sun
We are the rain
We are everything
We are nothing
We are the source
